The National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures (NALAC) announces the 2024 NALAC Leadership Institute (NLI) open call for applications. The institute is a weeklong fellowship that brings non-profit arts administrators and cultural workers together from across the nation for intensive training in leadership and management capacity.
“We are thrilled to welcome our next cohort of NLI fellows to San Antonio and the NALAC network in July. We look forward to creating a space to nurture professional growth and experience impactful fellowship amongst new Latinx leaders in the arts and culture field,” said Alyssa Pineda, NALAC’s Leadership and Convenings Manager.
Throughout the weeklong institute, NLI faculty will guide fellows through learning sessions and workshops to facilitate professional leadership and managerial development. The Institute offers a unique space for discussion, inquiry, and long-lasting connections with non-profit art administrators and cultural workers. Additionally, fellows will have the opportunity to visit San Antonio sites to engage with local arts and culture leaders and other special guests.
Participation in the institute is open to Latina/o/x/é non-profit arts administrators and/or cultural workers based in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Alumni of the NALAC Advocacy Leadership Institute (ALI) and Intercultural Leadership Institute (ILI) are encouraged to apply!
