University of Michigan New Upcoming Food Options At The Big House

Fans coming to see the University of Michigan Wolverines at the Big House will have new food options to look forward to.

With less than two weeks away from High School and College football games set to begin, the Big House has introduced a new food line-up.

The University of Michigan and hospitality partner, Sodexo Live, held a media food preview at the University of Michigan Crisler Center in Ann Arbor, this past week.

Sodexo Live’s Executive Chef Bret Donaldson presented the new food options, during the media food preview.

Fans will find A2 Chicken Tenders, Stacked Burgers, Woodson Whiskey Burger, Truffle Parmesan Fries, Mitten Burger and Fries, Chicken and Waffle Bowl, Footlong Currywurst, Cherry Bomb Meatballs, Founders Brat, Modelo-braised Beef Barbacoa, Loaded Funnel Cake, Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs, Smoked Salmon Dip, Mediterranean Platter, Bazaar Michigan Baby Carrots, Chorizo Skillet Queso Fundido, Wild Michigan Mushroom and Blackeye Pea Burger, Fuji Apple Buckle, and Root Beer Floats.

This is also the second year that the Big House will be serving alcohol during game days.

He worked for Detroit Public Schools for over 35 years. Teacher, coach, department head, assistant principal and principal are some of the positions he held during his tenure at the D.P.S. As a professional photographer, his work has been published in The Detroit News, Detroit Free Press, The Michigan Chronicle, EL CENTRAL Hispanic News and The Detroit Monitor Newspapers,among others. He and his wife are enthusiastic supporters of the arts and his photographic works have been shown at the Detroit Historical Museum, the Center for Creative Studies, Wayne State University, the Walter Reuther Library, the Detroit Artist Market and the Michigan Gallery, to name a few. Dan is the Past President of The Detroit Artist Market Board and Head of The Detroit Artist Market Exhibition Committee. He is a current board member and has served for over 20 years on the board of Metro Detroit Youth Day. He is the Past President of the Historical Indian Village Association and Past President of Indian Village Historical Collections.
