There’s Still Time to Apply for the 2025 NALAC Leadership Institute!

The deadline to apply for the 2025 NALAC Leadership Institute (NLI) has been extend- ed! Please submit your applica- tion before Monday, March 10, 2025, 11:59 PM. CST.

The NALAC Leadership Institute (NLI) is a week-long fellowship that brings non-profit arts administrators and cultural workers together from across the nation for intensive training in leadership and management capacity. Selected fellows will engage in a week-long institute of learning sessions and work- shops developed to facilitate professional leadership growth and managerial development. The 2025 NLI will take place from July 20 – 27, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas.

Participation in the NALAC Leadership Institute (NLI) is open to Latinx/é non-profit arts administrators and/or cultural workers based in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Alumni of the NALAC Advocacy Leadership Institute (ALI) and Intercultural Leadership Institute (ILI) are encouraged to apply!

Interested applicants can view a list of support resources on the NLI webpage, which includes a pre-recorded presentation that provides an overview of the NLI program and a step-by-step walk-through of the application process.
