Aniel Mendez

Aniel Mendez, a 4-year-old who’s battling cancer, was made Chief for the day. Chief White shared gifts with Aniel and his family, and they were greeted by the Mounted Unit, Traffic Enforcement and Special Response Team before being given a ride and escort through downtown.
