After 30 years, the vibrant sounds and rich flavors of Latin culture are set to echo through Hart Plaza once more. The ARRiBA! Latinos Festival will run from August 2-3, 2025, marking a return of large-scale cultural celebrations at the iconic venue.

The festival will bring local and international music stars. Featured performers include music by Regulo Caro and Noel Torres, Pee Wee, the former Kumbia Kings singer, and Gregorio Pernia, widely recognized for his roles on Colombian television to name a few.

“I’m hoping that this is an opportunity for us to come together and celebrate that variety in our sounds and our food,” said Paula Anderanin, co-organizer and owner of Candela Detroit. “I think it’s an opportunity for us to highlight our local talent but also provide an opportunity for people that live here to go see these bigger acts all in one place.”

A noteworthy highlight of the festival will be the “Selena Experience,” an immersive tribute by performer Tatyana D’Voce, who aims to honor the beloved icon’s legacy. “Selena was the biggest inspiration in my life,” said D’Voce. “Her music, her dancing, her personality—all of that really was the biggest inspiration in my life.”

But ARRiBA! is more than just a musical gathering. The event will feature a variety of engaging activities for all ages, including the thrilling Lucha Xtreme wrestling showcase, starring world-famous athletes like MicroMan. A dedicated children’s corner will provide a bounce house and free face painting for families, ensuring that every attendee has an unforgettable experience.

Food enthusiasts will indulge in a gastronomic journey through Latin America, with food trucks and bars offering an array of authentic dishes and beverages. As Anderanin shared, “It’s kind of a celebration and an opportunity for us to highlight our local talent.”

The festival also serves as a beacon of cultural pride and unity. “We have to come together and celebrate…to help us celebrate. And not only for us as Latinos but also to welcome other people that want to learn more about our culture,” she added.

Tickets for the festival are now on sale at www.ARRiBALatinos.com. Early bird pricing starts at $59 for single-day adult passes and $85 for a two-day pass, with youth tickets available at reduced prices. Children 5 and under are admitted free, making it accessible for families to join in the festivities.

In addition to online sales, tickets are available at several physical locations throughout the Detroit metro area, including:

Candela Detroit 3564 W Vernor Hwy, Detroit, MI 48216
