Build Institute recently celebrated the reimagining of their space on the corner of Michigan and Trumbull with an Open House on April 27. Designed and decorated by Concetti Studio, an interior design firm founded by Build Institute alum Rachel Nelson, the space features multiple offices, soundproof booths for meetings and phone calls, a pop-up retail space, and more, all of which are available for community use.
Attending the Open House were numerous Alumni, microentrepreneurs eager to learn about the educational and financial resources Build offers, longtime leaders in Detroit’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, and city officials. President and CEO, Regina Ann Campbell spoke to a crowd of approximately 200 about Build Institute’s mission to support micro-entrepreneurs with access to capital, education and 1:1 support across Detroit and the nation.
The co-working space will officially open in June 2023 as a space to work with likeminded microentrepreneurs. Find out more about Build and all their services at www.buildinstitute.org.
