Spring into Wilson

Join us for a special community celebration offering a fresh look at the exciting programs, spaces, and experiences coming to Ralph Wilson Park this season.
In partnership with InsideOut Literary Arts, this event will feature If the River Could Sing, celebrating creativity and community through interactive arts and culture stations. Along with our partners at InsideOut, the park will be full of crafts, activities and learning stations for artists and writers of all ages. Visitors can create and decorate a mask of a river creature, try a new instrument, decorate a personal journal, meet a lake sturgeon, print a poem to take home, build a fidget tool and more! Detroit City Football Club will also be running basketball and soccer activations throughout the day.
Pick up a ‘Passport to the Park’ upon arrival for your guide to all that Spring into Wilson has to offer, including live entertainment, food trucks, partner stations, and sports and fitness activities. Explore the park to collect stamps on your passport and redeem for your Ralph Wilson Park themed prize!
