2024 Uncle Ray’s Mascot Chip Challenge

Detroit Sports Media Association held its 11th annual Uncle Ray’s Potato Chip, Mascot ‘CHIP CHAMPION CHALLENGE.

The event raised money for high school and college students that wish to pursue a career in sports and broadcast journalism.

Mascots appearing and competing include, BOMBER (Windsor Spitfires), BUZZ (United Shore Professional Baseball League), FRIENDLY (Detroit City FC), HOT WING (Flint Firebirds), LANCELOT (USPBL), OZZY THE OCELOT (Schoolcraft College), PAWS (Detroit Tigers), TOMMY TITAN (UDM), WOOLEY (USPBL), ROARY (Detroit Lions), BLUE (Lawrence Tech University), SPARTY (Michigan State University), RIBBY (USPBL), and HOOPER (Detroit Pistons).
