The Corktown Sounds Benefit Concert Festival will offer a glimpse into the exciting eight-week strolling Summer Music Festival, upcoming in July and August 2023.
Corktown Sounds is a weekly strolling outdoor music festival in Detroit featuring local street musicians and performers. Performances will be held every Wednesday, beginning every night at 6:00 p.m., from July 8th – August 2023.
The February 4th Benefit Concert will raise money for Corktown Sounds 2023 which encourages walkability and will showcase the new energy in our community while supporting our small businesses throughout the neighborhood. The February 4 concert will feature six unique bands and three different locations. Tickets and Summer festival sponsorships are available now.
This year, the Puente Cultural Integration team is working hard with Corktown partners to bring awareness to and raise funds for Corktown Sounds Summer 2023. Corktown Sounds, the music festival launched in 2021, and during 2022 “Sounds” signed up more than 54 area bands who performed at 12 different Corktown locations. This year even bigger participation is planned, so the need for sponsorships has increased greatly.
Corktown Sounds is looking for Summer event and concert sponsorships of $1,500 – $10,000. Doing so will allow Corktown Sounds to demonstrate the value that live music has on the Motor City. Music is in our blood, and Detroit musicians deserve to be supported with top-notch marketing and compensation.
In return for a sponsorship, Corktown Sounds and Corktown Business Association will designate your company as a proud sponsor on all of 2023 on their websites. Sponsors will also be recognized on digital and print promotional materials with the business logos of sponsors included in select social media messages and e-newsletter blasts throughout the entire year – including, of course, the weeks leading up to and during the eight-week Corktown Strolling Music Festival.
